Graffiti by Trefl
The latest pack I bought in Warsaw is named “Graffiti”. I had expected cards with tags from Warsaw but instead I found an homage to street art, starting with Demetrius who tagged New York in 1969. This is explained in a small booklet written by Artur Wabik. The key words I manage to extract from the history of graffiti in Poland are “inherent part of urban reality” and “rebellion”. A second booklet surely less controversial gives the rules of Remik (Rummy), Kierki, Makao, Wist (Whist) and 66. Kierki, Makao and 66 are three popular Polish games, all described in pagat.com. The pip cards are not illustrated. They are just on stained background. From the box, this pack of 55 cards has been designed by Piotr Bednarczyk
